Our
weeks normally run from Saturday, but short
breaks & Christmas & New Year weeks may run from different days.
Short breaks are available by arrangement.
Lettings start at 4.00 p.m. on the day of your
arrival, until 10.00 a.m.on the last day. Please do not arrive before 4.00p.m., to allow us to clean
the apartment thoroughly for your arrival. Please leave it clean and tidy when
you go.
We would like a deposit when
you book.
The amount is indicated on the booking form. You should then send us the balance to arrive at
least 6 weeks before the start of your holiday.
Cheques should be made payable to J. Tancock.
Electricity is included in your rental. If
you would like a 50 kilo bag of solid fuel ordering in advance, we can do it
for you at cost price from the local coal merchant. Their current price is
indicated on the booking form. A 50 kilo bag is plenty to last a week.
We provide all bed linen, towels, tea towels
and cleaning material.
You will usually collect the key from us in
our house, Tannery Barn, up the side of the property. We will let you know in
advance if we need to vary this for any reason.
